Disposable workforce

Day 8. Who'da thought we'd be locked out for a week!
My dad (NOT really a fan of labour unions) and I were talking on the phone for the first time since the lockout.
We were talking about some of the propaganda from both sides.
The term “disposable workforce” came up. That's what CMG says the corporation is trying to create by contracting out more jobs. The corporation says that's an insult to contract workers.

Dad: "That's like saying that calling slavery immoral is insulting to the slaves.”
